Section 7: Ten/is of office and conditions of service

The Haryana Housing Board Act 1971 (as extended to Chandigarh)Union territory Act of Chandigarh · Act 20 of 1971

(1) Every member shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of his appointment:

Provided that after the expiry ofthe period of his appointment, a person shall be eligible for reappointment as member.

(2) Every member shall receive such salary and allowances as may be prescribed *<•

(3) The salary and allowances to the member shall be paid from the fund of the Board and such salaries and allowances and other conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed.
