(l) The payment of the various fees relating to registration, licencing and security deposits shall be made through a crossed demand draft drawn in favour of the concerned departmental officer and payable at the station at which he is stationed.
(2) The heads of accounts under which the receipts relating to the fees for registra-tion, licensing the appeals, etc., shall be credited will be “287 Labour and Employment-Receipt under the Haryana Inter State Migrant Workmen (Regulation and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.” The Security Deposits are to be booked under the Head “843 Civil Deposits-Deposits under various Central and State Acts- Deposits under the Haryana Inter State Migrant Workmen (Regulation and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.” CHAPTERIII DUTIES OF THE CONTRACTOR
