Section 21: Particulars of migrant Workmen. Section 12(1)(a)

Haryana Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and conditions of Service) Rules, 1981State Rules of Haryana · 1979

(l) Every contractor shall furnish to the specified authorities the particulars regarding recruitment and employ-ment of migrant Workmen in Form X.

(2) The particulars shall be either personally delivered by the contractor to the concerned specified authorities or sent to them by registered post.
