Immediately after the close of poll at a polling station and before commencement of counting of votes under rule 59 is taken, the Presiding Officer shall prepare an account of ballot papers in form 6 showing total number of ballot papers received, used and un-used including tendered and also the number of ballot papers those should be found in the ballot boxes. This account shall be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner alongwith the packets stated in rule 65.
