Section 3: Form and manner of submission of declaration on appointment

Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority (Declaration by a member of Coordination Committee or Standing Committee) Regulations, 2022State Regulations of Haryana · 2021

(1) A Committee Member shall within 30 days of appointment as such and on the 31st day of December every year, make a declaration to the Competent Authority, as specified in Appendix-I and the forms in Appendix-IL.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer shall cause each such declaration made or received by him to be placed on the website of the Authority
