(1) A Committee Member shall, as soon as he acquires personally or through HUF, or becomes aware of the acquisition of any interest whether direct or indirect and whether pecuniary or otherwise of himself or HUF or any of family members in any business or immoveable property in the notified area, or any matter concerning or related to the affairs of the authority, intimate, in writing, such acquisition to the Competent Authority.
(2) A Committee Member shall, as soon as he acquires personally or through HUF, or becomes aware of the acquisition of by a family member or HUF of any interest;
pecuniary or’ otherwise, in any share, bond, debenture or any other financial instrument of any company, limited liability/partnership, firm, business or other organization having a presence in the notified area, intimate in writing, such acquisition to the Competent Authority.
(3) A Member shall, as soon as he becomes aware of any interest by a family member of an employment, whether full time or part time, in any company limited liability/ partnership, firm, business or any other organization in the notified area, intimate, in writing, such acceptance to the Competent Authority.
5. Intimation of matters likely to cause conflict of interest- A Committee Member, having any direct or indirect interest through a family member who is not dependent upon the Committee Member, whether pecuniary or otherwise, in any matter coming up for consideration at a meeting of the Coordination Committee or Standing Committee, as the case may be, shall disclose the nature of his interest at such meeting and shall not take part in any deliberation or decision of such Committee, as the case may be, with respect to that matter.
