Section 2: Definitions

Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority (First Amendment of Appointment of Temporary Staff) Regulations, 2024State Regulations of Haryana · 2021

(i) ला these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires.-

(a) “Act” means the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2021;

(b) “temporary अधि means such personnel appointed in the Authority for a temporary period and having no claim for permanent appointment;

(©) hedule™ means the Schedule to these Regulations;

(d) “section” or “sub-section” means 8 section or sub-section of फिट Act;

(i) Words and expressions used herein and not defined in these Regulations but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned 10 them in the Act.
