Section 10

Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority Rules, 2023State Rules of Haryana · 2021

(1) The Presiding Chair shall have all powers as are necessary for the purpose of maintenance of order at meetings.

(2) The Presiding Chair may direct any member whose conduct in his opinion is disorderly to withdraw immediately from the meeting and the member so directed to withdraw shall do so forthwith and shall absent himself during the remainder of the meeting.

(3) In the case of grave disorder arising in a meeting, the Presiding Chair may, if he thinks it necessary to do so, adjourn the meeting to a date or time specified by him.
