(1) No fee shall be levied by the Authority during the first year of its establishment.

(2) The fee to be levied after the first year of its establishment shall be such, as may be determined, from time to time by the Authority with the prior approval of the State Government, for each scheme, service, subsidy or benefit based on the data fields for which the verification or authentication service is to be provided.

Form and time of submission of Budget.

18. The budget of the Authority, in respect of the financial year next ensuing, shall be prepared by the Chief Executive Officer in Form I and presented to the Authority for its approval on or before the end of each financial year.

Preparation and submission of Annual Statement of Accounts.
