Haryana Parivar Pechan Rules 2022State Rules of Haryana · 2000

(1) The Deputy Chairperson shall be entitled to pay and allowances as under:-

(i) in case of non-pensioner, monthly remuneration of Two lakh rupees plus house rent allowance equal to the amount admissible to the Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana; or

(ii) in case of pensioner of any Department/ Statutory Body/Board/ Corporation/ Public Sector Undertaking etc. under any State Government or the Government of India, his pay shall be fixed equal to last pay drawn minus pension (inclusive of the commuted portion of pension, if any). He shall be entitled to dearness allowance and house rent allowance, as admissible under the Haryana Civil Service Rules on re-employment after retirement.

(2) Other compensatory allowances, e.g. travelling allowance, daily allowance, etc.

shall be admissible in both the cases as applicable to the Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana.
