(1) A meeting of the Authority may be called by giving notice of not less than seven days either in writing at the registered address or through the registered electronic mail address of each member:

Provided that an urgent meeting of the Authority may be called by giving not less than forty-eight hours notice through the registered electronic mail address of each member.
(2) Every notice of a meeting shall specify the place, date and time of the meeting and shall contain a statement of the business to be transacted at such meeting and shall give information to the members regarding the option available to them to participate through video conferencing, video calling or other audio visual means based on the available technology and the notice shall provide all the necessary information to enable the members to participate through electronic modes.
(3) Non-receipt of such notice by any member for any meeting shall not invalidate the proceedings of the meeting.
