Haryana Parivar Pechan Rules 2022State Rules of Haryana · 2000

(1) The statement of business to be transacted in a meeting shall ordinarily be set out in the notice for the meeting under rule 5 and the Chief Executive Officer shall circulate, not later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled meeting, a statement of additional business proposed to be transacted.

(2) The Presiding Chair shall have the power to list any question, which in his opinion is necessary for discussion in a meeting though such question is not contained in the statement of business or additional business circulated under sub-rule (1).

(3) A member shall have the power to suggest, not less than seventy-two hours prior to a scheduled meeting, any issue or question for discussion in the scheduled meeting and such issue or question shall be taken up for discussion in such scheduled meeting though such question is not contained in the statement of business or additional business circulated under sub-rule (1).
