Haryana Prevention of Beggary Rules, 1972State Rules of Haryana · 1971

(1) A person desiring to obtain authorisation under section 2 to solicit or receive money, food or gifts for any purpose shall make an application tothe Deputy Commissioner of the Cistrictin which the applicant resides or the Government.

°(2) The application shall contain the following particulars, namely :— 1a) fullname of the applicant ;

(bd) his age ;

at (c’ his occupation ;

(d) his address ;

(e) the period, the purpose and the manner of collection of money, food and gifts ; and Wf the method of its disposaland the area within which the disposal is to be made.

_ (Q) The authority receiving the application may, after making such en- _ QUiry as it deems fit, issue an authorisation in Form “A” subject to such Sonditions as it may think necessary to impose.

(8) The authorisation issued under sub-rules (3) and (7) shall be duly communicated to the Chief Inspector and the Superintendent of Police concerned.
