Haryana Road Safety Fund Rules, 2018State Rules of Haryana · 1988

(1) The State Government shall constitute a Committee for management of the Fund, consisting of-

(i) Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana Chairman

(ii) Administrative Secretary to Government of Haryana, Transport Department Member

(iii) Administrative Secretary to Government of Haryana, Public Works Department Member

(iv) Administrative Secretary to Government of Haryana, Health Department Member

(v) Administrative Secretary to Government of Haryana, Home Department Member

(vi) Administrative Secretary to Government of Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department Member HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), NOV. 28, 2018 (AGHN. 7, 1940 SAKA) 3751

(vii) Administrative Secretary to Government of Haryana, Town & Country Planning Department Member

(viii) Administrative Secretary to Government of Haryana, Finance Department Member

(ix) Director General of Police, Haryana Member

(x) Transport Commissioner Member Secretary

(2) All the members of the Committee shall be Ex-officio members.

(3) The quorum of the Committee shall be four members.
