Haryana Road Safety Fund Rules, 2018State Rules of Haryana · 1988

(1) The Committee shall approve any of the purposes as mentioned in rule 3, to any extent within the available budget.

(2) The Administrative Secretary, Transport Department shall be authorized to sanction expenditure on any of the purpose approved by the Committee subject to maximum of Rupees Ten lakhs in each case.

(3) The Member Secretary of the Committee shall be authorized to approve expenditure (Recurring or Non-recurring) upto Rupees Five lakhs in each case of Road Safety Cell in the Transport Commissioner’s office.
