Section 21: (I) TheBoard shall constitute the following Committe es, namely

Constitution of Committees.

(2) Academic Committee;

(b) Finance Committee;

(c) Affiliation Committee;

(d) Examination Committee.

(2) The Board may constitute such other Committees as i t thinks siecessary for efficient performance of its functions.

(3) The number of members of every Committee constituted by the Board, the term of office of its members and the duties and functions t o be discharged by such Committee shall be such as may be prescrib ed.
