(2) Every appeal under sub -section (1) shall be p:e fared within a period of three months from the date .of suh decision.
27. No suit or other legal proceeding's )ha ll lie in respect of any act done in the exerOise of power conferred by this Act on the Government or the Council or any of its members or office -bearers.
28. (I) Every Registrar of Deaths who receives notice of the death of a person. whose name he knows to be entered in the register shall forthwith transmit by post to the Registrar of the Council a certificate of such death, z,gried by him and stating particulars of the time and place of death,
(2) On receipt or such certificate, or other ieliable information 'regarding death the Registrer siva era Retie name. j. the deteased person from the register.
(3) Every person registered under this Act shad be exempt, if he so desires, from serving on any inquest.
29. If a person whose name is not entered in the register falsely pretends that it is s o entered or uses in connection with his name or title any words or letters cepresetiting that his wale is so entered, he hall, whether any pe:son is actually deceived by such representation or not, be punishabl., on conviction 133, a Magistrate of the first class, with fine which may extend to three hundred r upees,
30. For the purpose of any inquiry held under section 25, or of any appeal under .tetl'An. 2, the Couacil shall be deemed. to be a court within the meaning &the Indian gvidence Act, 1872, and shah i exercise the powers of a Costunissioner appoin.ted utder the Public Servants (Inquiries) Act, 1850, HARYANA GOVT GAZ., (EXTRA.), AUG. 4, 19/6 157 (SRVN. 13, 1898 SAKA) andevery such inquiry and appeal shall be conducted, as far as may he, in accordance with the provisions of section 5 and sections 8 to 10 of the Public Servants (Inquiries) Act, 1850.
31. No person other than a registered veterinary practitioner shall be competent to hold an appointment as a veterinary physician, surgeon or other veterinary officer in any hospital which is supported partially or wholly by public funds, or in any public establishment, body or institution or as a veterinary officer under a local authority unless he is registered under this Act.
