The Haryana Veterinary Council Act, 1976 (37 of 1976)State Act of Haryana · Act 37 of 1976

(1) No certificate required. by any Act from any verterinary practitioner or veterinary officer shall be valid unless the person signing the certificate is registered under this Act.

(2) No prescription by a veterinary practitioner or veterinary officer shall be dispensed by chemists unless the ?ersori prescribing the prescription is registered under this Act.

(3) No person shall be qualified tq, give .evidence as an expert under section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, on any matter relating to veterinary science unless the said person is registered under this Act.
