Section 27: First Regulations of the Board

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 14 of 1968

(1) The first Regulations shall be made by the Government and they shall be deemed to have been made by the Board and continue in force until altered or modified by the Board.

(2) The Regulations made under sub-section (1) shall not take effect until they have been published in the Official Gazette.
