Section 28: Copies of Regulations and alterations thereof

A copy of every Regulation made by the Board under section 26 and of every modification or revision thereof or of each of the first regulations of the Board made or

1. The word "and" at the end of clause (p) omitted vide Act No. 15 of 1992.

2. New clauses (q), (r) and (s), added vide Act No. 15 of 1992.

3. Clause (q) renumbered as clause (t) vide Act No. 15 of 1992.

H. P. BOARD OF SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT, 1968 17 deemed to have been made under section 27 shall be submitted without undue delay to the Government for information.
