Section 13: Remuneration and other expenses

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2013State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) The salary or honorarium, TA/DA and other allowances payable to, and terms and conditions of service of –

(a) the Members appointed by the licensee under clause (i) of sub-regulation

(1) of regulation 7; shall be governed by the terms and conditions of their employment with such a licensee and shall continue to draw the same salary as they are entitled to as regular employees of the licensee; and

(b) the Independent Member nominated by the Commission under clause(ii) of sub- regulation (1) of regulation 7; shall be such as may be determined by theCommission.

(2) The salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the Member shall not be varied to his disadvantage after his appointment.
