(1) Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Commission may, from time to time, issue orders and practice directions in regard to the implementation of these regulations and procedures to be followed on various matters, which the Commission has been empowered by these regulations to direct and matters incidental or ancillary thereto.
(2) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of these regulations, the Commission may, by general or special order, direct the trading licensee to do or undertake things, which in the opinion of the Commission is necessary or expedient for removing the difficulties.
(3) No order shall be made under this section after the expiry of the period of one year from the date of the commencement of these regulations and every order made under this regulation shall be subject to the conditions of previous publication and shall be laid, as soon as may, after it is made, before the State Legislative Assembly.
