Section 16: Renewal of term for long-term access

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term and Medium-term Intra-State Open Access and Relate…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

On the expiry of the period of long-term access, the long-term access shall stand extended on a written request by the long-term customer in this regard to the nodal agency mentioning the period for extension that is required:

Provided that such a written request shall be submitted by the long term customer to the nodal agency at least one year prior to the date of expiry of the long-term access:

Provided further that in case no written request is received from the long- term customer within the time line specified above, the said long-term access shall stand withdrawn.
