Immediately after grant of long-term access, the nodal agency shall inform the State Load Despatch Centre so that it can consider the same while processing requests for grant of short-term open access, received under the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Short Term Open Access) Regulations, 2010 as amended from time to time.
