Section 23: Exit option for medium-term open access customers

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term and Medium-term Intra-State Open Access and Relate…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

A medium-term open access customer may relinquish its rights, fully or partly, by giving at least 30 days prior notice to the nodal agency:

Provided that the medium-term open access customer relinquishing its rights shall pay applicable transmission/wheeling charges for the period of relinquishment or 30 days whichever is lesser.
