Section 25: Curtailment priority

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term and Medium-term Intra-State Open Access and Relate…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

When because of operational constraints, force majeure events, grid security or otherwise it becomes necessary to curtail the transmission/ distribution service of the open access customers, the curtailment priority shall in the reverse order of the priority specified in regulation 10:

Provided that the amongst the open access customers of a particular category, curtailment shall be carried out on pro-rata basis.
