Section 32: Interface Energy Meters

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term and Medium-term Intra-State Open Access and Relate…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) Interface Energy Meters shall be installed and maintained by the State Transmission Utility for open access in transmission 1 [and ] by the distribution licensee for open access in distribution at the cost of the open access customers.

(2) Interface Energy Meters installed shall be in accordance with Annexure-2 to the Grid Code.

(3) Interface Energy Meters for the open access customer shall be open for inspection by any person authorized by the State Transmission Utility/ Distribution Licensee or the State Load Despatch Centre.
