Section 31: Energy Losses

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term and Medium-term Intra-State Open Access and Relate…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) The buyers and sellers of the electricity shall absorb apportioned energy losses in the transmission and/or distribution system 2 [**************] in accordance with the detailed procedure.

(2) The energy losses shall be accounted for by providing a differential between schedules at the points of supply, and drawl of electricity.

(3) The applicable transmission and distribution losses shall be declared 3 [by the respective licensees] in advance and shall not be revised retrospectively.
