Section 36: Auxiliary consumption and transformation losses

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Promotion of Generation from the Renewable Energy Sources and Terms and Conditions…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

Normative auxiliary consumption and transformation losses for the SHPs shall be 0.5% of the gross generation and the same for transformation losses at the switchyard linked to the generating station of the projects shall also be 0.5% :

Provided that for the sake of simplicity, these two factors shall be clubbed together and accounted for as 1% of the gross generation.
