Section 12: Departmental Charges

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Recovery of Expenditure for Supply of Electricity ) Regulations, 2012State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

The expenses recoverable by the licensee under these regulations shall also include the licensee’s departmental charges at the rate of 11% of the cost of works.

Explanation.- For the purposes of these regulations, the expression “departmental charges” shall include establishment charges, tools and plant charges, audit and accounts charges, maintenance during construction, loss on stock, design charges and head office prorata expenses.
