Section 13: Participation under Renewable Energy Certificate Mechanism

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems based on Net Metering) Regulations, 2015State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) Nothing contained in these regulations shall apply to a Solar PV generator, intending to sell power under Renewable Energy Certificate mechanism and he shall be free to sell power under such mechanism, as per the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for recognition and issuance of Renewable Energy Certificate for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations, 2010.

(2) The eligibility for Renewable Energy Certificate and issue of such certificate for Renewable Energy shall be as per the eligibility criteria specified under the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for recognition and issuance of Renewable Energy Certificate for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations, 2010.
