Section 14: Penalty or Compensation

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems based on Net Metering) Regulations, 2015State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

In case of failure of net metering system, the provisions of penalty or compensation shall be applicable as per the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Performance Standards) Regulations, 2010.
