Section 5: Nomination of members in default of election

The Himachal Pradesh Homeopathic Practitioners Act, 1979State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 3 of 1980

If any of the members not elected under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3, the Government may, notwithstanding anything contained in that sub-section nominate such registered practitioner as it deems fit, and the practitioner so nominated shall for the purposes of this part be deemed to have been duly elected under that clause.
