Section 11: Appointment of officers, officials and creation of posts

The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 9 of 2004

(1) The State Government may appoint Chief Executive Officer of the Authority on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.

(2) The Authority may create posts, as it may deem necessary, for the efficient performance of its functions with the prior approval of the State Government.

(3)The method of appointment, essential qualifications, the scale of pay and allowances and other conditions of service of officers and employees of the Authority shall be such, as may be determined by the regulations.
