Section 12: Appointment of committee

The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 9 of 2004

(1) Subject to any rules made in this behalf under this Act, the Authority may, from time to time, appoint one or more committees for the purpose of securing the efficient discharge of its functions and in particular for the purpose of securing that the said functions are discharged with due regard to the circumstances and requirements of a particular local area.

(2) Any committee appointed under sub-section (1) shall meet to discharge the functions assigned to it in such manner, as may be directed by the Authority.
