Section 41: Reference to Arbitrator in case of dispute

The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 9 of 2004

If any dispute arises out of any agreement entered into between the Authority and the Promoter or between the Promoter and the allottee, the same shall be referred for arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996(26 of 1996).
