Section 45: Levy of development fees

The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 9 of 2004

Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the Authority may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, by order, levy development fee to recoup the expenditure incurred by it on the amenities provided or to be provided in future by the Authority:

Provided that different rates of development fees may be levied for different parts of the scheme area.
