Section 39: Power to make regulations and rules subject to previous publication

The Himachal Pradesh Livestock and Birds Diseases Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 24 of 1969

(1) The power to make regulations and rules conferred by this Act is given subject to the condition of the regulations and rules being made after previous publication.

(2) All regulations and rules made by the Government under this Act shall be published in the official gazette.

40. Protection to persons acting under this Act. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
