Section 12: Duties of Livestock Officer

Himachal Pradesh Livestock Improvement Rules, 1969State Rules of Himachal Pradesh · 1968

It shall be the duty of the livestock Officer to exercise all or any of the powers conferred on him under the Act or the rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the purposes of the Act ;

and in particular to see that no bull shall remain in any specified area notified as such under section 3(1) of the Act, unless it has been inspected and branced with mark prescribed under these rules.
