Section 13: Section 11-Power of Livestock Officer to enter premises

The Livestock Officer or any other Officer or person authorised by him in this behalf shall have power to enter between sun-rise and sun-set, any premises or place where he has reason to believe that bulls are kept, for the purpose of performing any of the duties imposed on him by the Act or the rules :

Provided that before entering such premises or place a due notice thereof shall be given in the form prescribed in Form III.
