Section 13: Maintenance of Records

(1) Every Para-veterinary Establishment shall maintain and keep the records of all services provided under the supervision and direction of Registered Veterinary Practitioner.

(2) Every Para-veterinary Establishment shall keep the records of all services provided as mentioned in sub-rule (1) in duplicate. First copy shall be given to the owner of the animal and second copy shall be kept by the Para-veterinary establishment for at least five years or till the inspection of the Para-veterinary establishment is caused to be made by the Council, which-ever is earlier.
