Section 12: Terms and conditions for, the registration of Para-veterinary Establishment. Every person intending to run a Para-veterinary establishment shall fulfill the following term and conditions for registration namely

(i) he holds a recognized Para-veterinary qualification as provided in Schedule to the Act;

(ii) He resides or runs the Para-veterinary establishment within the state of Himachal Pradesh;

(iii) he is not less than twenty years of age: |

(iv) he is not an undischarged insolvent:

(v) he is not of unsound mind;

(vi) he has not been black-listed by any authority under any law for the time being in force;

(vii) he has not been convicted of an offence under the Act or under any law involving moral turpitude, or , if convicted a period of six years has elapsed since his conviction:

(viii) he has not been dismissed from the service of a State Government or a State undertaking or a local authority;

(ix) he has submitted a written declaration as provided in Appendix-I to the Registrar;

and

(x) he shall maintain the highest type of character and moral.
