(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals (Check Post and Quarantine Camp, Manner of Inspection ) Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette,
