Section 2: Definitions

(1) In these rules unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) 'Act' means the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (No, 27 of 2009);

(b) 'form' meansa form appended to these rules; and

(2) Words and expressions used but not defined in these rules shall have the meaning respectively as assigned to them in the Act.
