Section 17: Power to amend Schedules

The Shimla Road Users and Pedestrians (Public Safety and Convenience) Act, 2007State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 2 of 2008

The State Government may, from time to time, by notification in the Official Gazette, add to or delete from Schedule-I or Schedule-II any of the roads specified therein and thereupon the said Schedule shall stand amended accordingly.
