Section 18: Powers to relax

The Shimla Road Users and Pedestrians (Public Safety and Convenience) Act, 2007State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 2 of 2008

The State Government may, in the public interest, relax any of the provisions of this Act, for any class of persons or in respect of any road included in Schedules-I and II, for reasons to be recorded in writing, for a period not exceeding seven days at a time:

Provided that no such relaxation shall be made in respect of the Core Mall Road.
