Section 37: Power to enforce attendance etc

The Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 25 of 2006

The Registrar shall have power to summon and enforce the attendance of witnesses including the parties interested or any of them and to compel them to give evidence, and compel the production of documents by the same means and as far as possible 1 Subs. for the words “five lac”vide Act No. 5 of 2012.

in the same manner as provided in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908).
