Section 46: Penalty for default in registration

The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2002State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 15 of 2002

Any person carrying on the business of a tourism unit or travel agent or guide or adventure sport or any other business connected with tourist trade, as the case may be, without a proper registration under this Act or in contravention of any of the provisions of this Act, shall be punishable with 1 [fine of one lakh rupees,] and if the breach is a continuing one with a minimum fine of rupees two hundred per day and maximum of two thousand rupees per day till the default continues.
