Section 8: Deemed refusal of application

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Goa (Brackish Water) Fish Farming Regulation Act, 1991 (Act 9 of 1992), the Governm…State Rules of Goa · 1992

(1) An application for grant of a licence shall be disposed of within six months from the date of its receipt by the licensing authority.

(2) If any" application is not disposed of within the period' specified in sub-rule

(1), it shall be deemed to have been refused.
