Section 7: Consent

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Goa (Brackish Water) Fish Farming Regulation Act, 1991 (Act 9 of 1992), the Governm…State Rules of Goa · 1992

In case an application for licence to carryon fishing and fish farming activity in brackish water lands is presented by a person other than the owner of the land, the licence shall not be granted without the consent of such owner of the land. The consent certified by the concerned Mamlatdar shall be produced by the applicant alongwith the application for licence.
